Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
General Policy
- All items sold are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- Upon receiving an item, customers must inspect it immediately. Requests for refunds, exchanges, or reporting of damaged/incorrect items must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Requests made beyond this period will be strictly denied.
- We do not offer exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes. Please refer to the size measurement chart before purchasing. If the size chart is unavailable, contact us. If unsure, consider ordering one size larger.
- Items sold on discount or during sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- The following are not considered defects:
- Loose threads.
- Washable stains.
- Minor (5%-10%) color variations due to lighting or photography.
- Variations in appearance due to different viewing angles for items with dual-tone effects.
- To maintain item quality, we recommend dry-cleaning before use.
- Order cancellations are not allowed.
Video Evidence Requirement
- If a wrong item/size or a damaged item is received, an unboxing video starting from the parcel's sealed state is mandatory. This video is essential for processing exchanges or claims on a fair basis. Requests without such a video will not be entertained.
Items and Shipping Policy
- Many items are on preorder with an estimated delivery time of 8-14 days unless marked as ready stock.
- Items will be shipped from India once ready. If an item becomes out of stock, customers will be notified and provided with exchange options.
Return Eligibility and Process
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customers must retain their receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items returned without an authorized return request will not be accepted.
Return Process

- If approved, detailed instructions on return shipping will be provided.
- Customers must ship the return within 3 working days of receiving return approval. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the refund or exchange request.
- Refunds will be processed after item receipt and inspection.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
